Heather L. Gould

Heather worked for many years in the retail sales industry holding various supervisory and management positions and focusing on excellent customer service and satisfaction. After her longtime employer announced their bankruptcy and pending closure, and wanting a career change, she attended Beal College in Bangor, ME and entered the healthcare field. She then worked for many years in various administrative roles at a large dental office in the area and as an insurance billing specialist for the area’s largest healthcare provider, all while raising her growing family.

Life and career changes led her to join the staff at Eagle Financial Strategies in 2010 as an administrative assistant. Within a few short years she was promoted to her current role as Office Manager. She is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office and assists in ensuring that the firm meets and complies with all State and Federal regulatory requirements.

Heather is a Maine native who resides in Ellsworth with her fiancé Tim, and her two sons. In her spare time, she loves to cheer her sons on at their numerous school functions, theatrical performances, and sporting activities, attend concerts, read, travel to any location that’s near the ocean, and take time each day to laugh and count her many blessings.
